Terms and Conditions

Hananui Lodge and Apartments reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred including the removal of any offensive odours such as cooking and tobacco smoke.

Any child who uses a bed is considered a paying person. Cots are provided, FREE of charge.

Deposit Policy

To confirm and secure your booking, Hananui Lodge and Apartments require a deposit equivalent to your first night's stay, charged to a credit card. The balance of your stay will be charged on your departure. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. (Please note, American Express card holders will incur an extra 2% charge)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes to a reservation can affect our booking availability and hence, Hananui Lodge and Apartments cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation within 7-14 days: a charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking will incur
• Cancellation within 7 days or less: a charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking will incur
• No shows will be charged at 100% of the booking cost
