Terms and Conditions
The Hananui Lodge and Apartments reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred including the removal of any offensive odours such as cooking and tobacco smoke.
Cancellation Policy
The Hananui Lodge and Apartments reserve the
right to charge a cancellation fee, equivalent to one night's accommodation.
We require a minimum of 7 days notice from 1 April – 30 November and
14 days notice during our busy season 1 December – 31 March.
During the summer season 1 December – 31 March we require a minimum booking of 2 nights over a weekend. Easter and Labour Weekend we require a minimum booking of 3 nights.
